Spoiler-aware route planning

3-day walkthrough

A flexible Alpha 1.5 plan for transformations, bits, delayed character routes, night gates, and ending preparation across three days.

Last reviewed: July 11, 2026 · English Alpha 1.5 unless noted

Quick checklist

  • - Prepare delayed routes on Day 1 instead of trying to finish every encounter immediately.
  • - Use Applejack's apple-bucking activity when you need bits for tickets or services.
  • - Keep the transformation needed for a night route before ending the daytime phase.

Before Day 1: choose a goal

A single careless run will not expose every route. Decide whether the goal is learning the map, reaching a three-to-five-scene good ending, or completing the exact Main 6 send-off.

Time advances around major encounters. Use travel and setup windows for tasks that do not immediately consume the current phase, and save before committing to a night route.

Day 1: unlock tools and delayed routes

Visit Twilight during the day and inspect the nearby book after the conversation to learn the first magic attacks. Return to Trixie for the horn when you need to break the rock toward Sweet Apple Acres or use magic at Carousel Boutique.

At Sweet Apple Acres, complete the apple-bucking activity both for Applejack's route and for bits. Bits are needed for purchases such as the train ticket used in Twilight's setup.

Pick up the ball near Trixie's area, have it wrapped at Sugarcube Corner, and place it upstairs to prepare Pinkie's delayed route for a later day.

Day 1 night: finish a prepared route

Choose the night route that matches your daytime preparation. Twilight requires the Spike and train-ticket setup while keeping wings for rooftop access. Rarity requires the boutique and Spike window setup before returning at night with wings.

Fluttershy's route begins at her window at night and depends on the dialogue branch. Trixie's shield route requires the magic learned from Twilight and a horn transformation.

Day 2: collect delayed progress and fill gaps

Return upstairs at Sugarcube Corner after placing Pinkie's present on the previous day. Use the remaining daytime for a Main 6 route you have not prepared, more apple-bucking bits, or the train-ticket chain.

Do not spend a needed transformation before night. Wings gate rooftop and Canterlot access; the horn gates several magic interactions. Revisit Trixie before the phase changes if the next route needs a different form.

Day 3: protect the ending target

Count completed qualifying scenes before the final night. Zero gives the bad ending, one or two the OK ending, three to five the good ending, and six the best ending.

If you are targeting the Main 6 send-off, verify Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, and Twilight rather than relying only on the total count. Luna is a third-night challenge and requires wings plus substantial prior progress, so treat it as an advanced optional route.

If the route fails

Reload the closest save and check four things: current day or night, active transformation, required item or bits, and whether a previous-day setup was completed.

If the state still looks wrong, confirm that you are using the English Alpha 1.5 SWF. Spanish and fan-extended Android packages can change text, compatibility, or route behavior.
